While I-9 forms do not require a notary seal, many employers require a Notary Public to act as their Authorized Representative due to our experience in identity verification. We will physically inspect your documents and complete Section 2 of the Form I-9 for your employer. Note: This service is for the physical inspection of documents and completion of the form as an Authorized Representative, not a notarial act. IMPORTANT: please ensure you have already completed Section 1 of your I-9 form online or on paper before arriving at your appointment, and have the originals of your identification forms available.
